Who We Are:
The Greater Capital  Region Workforce Investment Boards is comprised of 4 Local Workforce Investment Boards: The Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer) WIB; Columbia-Greene WIB; the Fulton, Montgomery and Schoharie WDB, and the Saratoga-Warren-Washington WIB. The GCR WIBs have been collaborating since 2001 to address and coordinate the workforce needs of the Greater Capital Region through partnerships with over 40 organizations, offering a variety of workforce activities.
