Implementation of New Policies
PY-2001-28
New policies and changes to
current policies approved by the Workforce Development Board shall be
implemented immediately unless otherwise directed by the Board.
New policies and changes to
current polices that effect currently enrolled program participants shall be
handled as follows:

If the new/changed policy benefits the currently enrolled
program participant, his/her file may be amended to reflect the new or changed
policy, unless otherwise directed by the Board.

If the new or changed policy negatively affects the
currently enrolled program participant, amendment of his/her file to reflect
the new or changed policy is not required, unless otherwise directed by the
Board.
