SMART Resume Workshop
If you do not have a resume, come use our computer program to help create your resume! We have a program where you can create your resume by simply filling in your answers using our SMART 2010 Resume Builder! A counselor will be on hand to answer any questions along the way. An email address is needed for the workshop along with bsic computer skills.

Metrix is supplemental online training that is offered to our customers. There are over 4,000 classes available. You will receive a username and password as well as learn how to navigate the system to choose the classes that you want.

599 and Classroom Training Workshop
Learn how the 599 program can benefit you in your educational pursuits. To qualify for the 599 program you must be receiving Unemployment benefits. Topics will cover local schools and programs, financial aid and other available financial assistance.

In this workshop you will create an email account. You will learn how to email other people and attach a resume to an email. You need basic computer skills to participate in this class (typing and knowledge of the mouse).

Learn the latest trends and the importance of filling out online applications. This is a hands on tutorial in which you will practice filling out an online application. You need to have basic computer skills and an email address to take this workshop.

This is a customer led networking group that is open to anyone interested in building their networking contacts. Customers can share their knowledge and experiences with others. Remember, the majority of jobs are not advertised and are obtained by networking!

This workshop will teach customers how to use different functions in Microsoft Word. Customers will learn to copy and paste, bold, underline, italicize, insert pictures, adjust margins and much more.
