Learn the basics of creating a Master and a tailored resume as well as a cover letter to match your career goal. Learn tips to help you improve your marketability.

Come use our computer program to help create your resume! We have a program where you can create your resume by simply filling in your answers using our SMART 2010 Resume Builder! A counselor will be on hand to answer any questions along the way

Metrix is supplemental online training that is offered to our customers. There are over 4,000 classes available. You will receive a username and password as well as learn how to navigate the system to choose the classes that you want.

Learn how to navigate the NYS Civil Service website. Learn how to look for and apply to upcoming examinations and job openings. Federal, state, county and other public service sectors will be discussed. Hands-on computer tutorial; basic computer skills are necessary for this workshop.
