Learn the basics of creating a Master and a tailored resume as well as a cover letter to match your career goal. Learn tips to help you improve your marketability.

599 and Classroom Training Workshop
Learn how the 599 program can benefit you in your educational pursuits. To qualify for the 599 program you must be receiving Unemployment benefits. Topics will cover local schools and programs, financial aid and other available financial assistance.

Metrix is supplemental online training that is offered to our customers. There are over 4,000 classes available. You will receive a username and password as well as learn how to navigate the system to choose the classes that you want.

In this workshop you will create an email account. You will learn how to email other people and attach a resume to an email. Basic computer skills needed (typing and knowledge of the mouse).

This workshop will teach customers how to use different functions in Microsoft Word. Customers will learn to copy and paste, bold, underline, italicize, insert pictures, adjust margins and much more
